Terms of Use

The service

DocMakTrade provides Local Stock visibility (Stock Available and Stock Required posts), trade tools and estimators, commodity and shipping reference information, and browser-based trade document tools. Posting is free. DocMakTrade is a trade information platform — it is not a marketplace, broker, carrier, customs agent or counterparty to any transaction.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and profile information.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You may create, edit, renew and delete only your own listings.

Local Stock posts

• Every post is reviewed before publication and may be approved, rejected or removed at our discretion.
• Posts must be genuine offers or requirements for products you are entitled to sell or buy, with accurate product, quantity, location and contact details.
• At least one contact channel (WhatsApp or email) is required and is displayed publicly.
• Posts expire seven days after publication unless renewed, and the stated price is provided by the posting user — it is a user-stated commercial term, not a DocMakTrade price assessment.

Price information and tools

Commodity price assessments, freight indications, duty calculations, landed-cost estimates and similar outputs on DocMakTrade are indicative reference figures for budgeting and negotiation preparation. They are not tradeable quotations and do not take account of your specific contract terms. Figures carry their grade, basis, source basis and last-updated date; always verify with supplier quotations and the relevant authorities before transacting. Calculators produce estimates from the inputs you supply and the assumptions described on each tool page.

Trade documents

Document tools generate drafts for your own use. You are responsible for checking every draft for accuracy and completeness before use. Where a document (such as a bill of lading or a safety data sheet) must be issued or approved by a carrier, manufacturer or qualified person, a DocMakTrade draft is not a substitute.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading listings or contact details; no spam or repeated duplicate posts.
• No scraping, automated bulk access or interference with the platform's operation.
• No impersonation of other businesses or individuals.
• We may remove content, suspend listings or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The DocMakTrade name, design, databases and content are protected. You may use the platform and reference its pages normally; bulk reproduction of its data or content requires permission. Content you submit in listings remains yours; you grant DocMakTrade the right to publish it as part of the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocMakTrade and the DocMak ecosystem are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, reliance on indicative information, or dealings between users, including contracts, payments, shipments or documents exchanged with third parties.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use means acceptance of the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
